Photography & Videography Consent
By hiring Flavia Productions, you are consenting to be photographed or videoed by Flavia Productions.

Disclaimer:
Flavia Productions does not tolerate bullying or inappropriate language use on any of its social media pages and advises that any posts containing these will be removed, and the writer will be banned from any future posting on the pages.

Terms of Hire:
The minimum charge for any event/session is $120.00. If an event/session goes overtime by more than 10 minutes, an additional pro-rata rate will apply.

Booking Deposit:
All bookings require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your booking date. Deposits are deducted from the final payment and must be paid one (1) week before your event/session.

Payment:
Deposits for all events/sessions are due one (1) week before your event/session – see above. The remaining payment is required no later than one (1) week after your event/session. If you have not paid the deposit one (1) week before your event/session, Flavia Productions will not take videos or photos. If you have not paid the remaining payment one (1) week after your event/session, Flavia Productions will not deliver the videos or photos taken at the event/session and they will be permanently deleted.

Payment Options:
Payments can be made via bank transfer or cash. Bank details will be provided on your invoice. Please provide proof of EFT via email.

Public Holidays:
If your session takes place a public holiday, there will be a surcharge of $100.00 on top of any booking price.

Delivery of Images and Footage:
For all sessions, Flavia Productions offers the free option for clients to receive digital downloads of their purchased images or videos via Dropbox or Google. USB’s containing purchased digital images or footage can be provided at an additional fee $30.00, including postage. There is no USB fee for wedding bookings, unless extra USB’s are requested. Please allow 2-4 weeks for the delivery of USB’s. Under no circumstance will Flavia Productions provide any raw images or footage to clients. The delivery of any images or videos will not occur without payment being completed first.

Online Uploading:
Unless it is clearly stated that the client does not want photographs or videos from their event or session put online (Facebook, Website, Instagram, Twitter etc), all photos or videos deemed appropriate and of high quality that have been taken by Flavia Productions may be uploaded onto Flavia Productions social media for promotional use.

Marketing and Promotion:
Flavia Productions may reproduce images from a client’s session for their own marketing, advertising, promotion and exhibition, both internally and external. Flavia Productions respects if a client wishes to have their photographs or videos strictly private, but this must be stated in writing prior to the session or event.

Copyright and Image Ownership:
Images and videos taken by Flavia Productions therefore belong to Flavia Productions. Nevertheless, you are able to use Flavia Productions images or videos for personal uses within digital limits. Flavia Productions’s images or videos are not to be used for commercial purposes without agreement and permission.

Material Photographed:
Flavia Productions is not liable for anything that is photographed. Flavia Productions is happy to and will delete any doubtful photographs/photographs or videos requested in writing to be removed.

Quality and Quantity:
Flavia Productions takes a high number of photographs and videos to ensure that they’re of utmost quality. Flavia Productions under no situation will upload/provide all the photos or videos taken at an event/session. If a photograph or video is not uploaded, it no longer exists. Please do not request for photographs or footage that have not been uploaded/provided.

Safety:
Flavia Productions has the right to leave a booking at any time, without any advanced notice to their client, due to safety and/or security reasons. This is due to the welfare of Flavia Productions, as well as the equipment that is used. If Flavia Productions’s equipment fails due to technical faults made by your guests (such as liquid being spilt on a camera resulting in failure to continue taking photos/videos), refunds will not be made out to the client.

Travel Fee:
Depending on the location of your booking, a Travel Fee may apply. Please enquire via the contact page.

Editing Fee:
Depending on the type of booking, an Editing Fee may apply. Please enquire via the contact page.

Privacy:
All information contained through booking messages will remain strictly confidential to Flavia Productions. No information will be given out to other parties without the client’s knowledge and permission.
